As we monitor the developments around the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19), we would like to reassure you that business at Kirkwoods continues as usual.
As the Coronavirus situation develops, our first concern is the health and wellbeing of our team and our clients.

We recognise the importance of protecting each other, and of safeguarding Kirkwoods and its services to you.

Kirkwoods will follow all legal requirements as and when these affect our operating procedures, however, for the moment we are continuing to operate as normal.

For the most part we will continue to meet with our clients who we have agreed appointments with, although we are also, where possible, moving to video conferences or telephone conference. Please advise the office prior to your appointment if either yourself or anyone that you have been in contact with has/are displaying symptoms so that we can cancel the appointments as necessary.

We are doing everything possible to ensure that our services remain uninterrupted and that we continue to deliver excellent client service in these extraordinary and uncertain times.

Whilst our officeis currently open, we have a range of communication and IT facilities enabling us and our staff to work remotely and still provide our services and deal with enquiries should the need arise, meaning that we don’t expect you to be impacted. We will continue to liaise closely with you to ensure that we continue to deliver excellent client service in these extraordinaryand uncertain times.

We will advise all clients immediately if we feel there has been a risk of exposure, or any sign of symptoms.

If the situation changes and we must follow Government guidelines in closing our office, then emails will be monitored daily as they are now, and this may be the best form of communication over this difficult time. We will be available on our normal office number.
