Richard is a partner in Kirkwoods and has worked as a property lawyer helping individuals, families and companies buy and sell their property. This includes advice on all aspects of freehold and leasehold titles.
He also has experience in advising on wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Richard enjoys a good working relationship with his clients as well as other conveyancers and estate agents.
Away from the office Richard enjoys watching sport and playing golf. More recently he has been developing an interest in reading and writing poetry.

Sheena deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, equity releases, buy to let, new builds right to buy, shared ownership and help to buy. Sheena’s attention to detail while recognising that all matters are time and cost sensitive is much appreciated by her clients.
Sheena also deals with light commercial property transactions from leases of premises to purchases and sales of buildings.
In her spare time Sheena enjoys travelling and reading, although she is football fan by default owing to her two sons.
Bradley Kramer is a Partner in Kirkwoods with many years’ experience in dealing with commercial and residential properties.
This includes acquisitions and disposals of leasehold and freehold properties, the granting of Leases and enfranchisement of residential leasehold properties.
He also has experience in dealing with Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
His interests include most sports and music and he has completed four London Marathons to raise money for various charities.
Rimal is an associate solicitor in the private client team at Kirkwoods. He advised individuals and families on all aspects of private client law including: estate planning to mitigate exposure to inheritance tax; wills; obtaining Grants of Probate / Letters of Administration and winding up estates; and post death Deeds of Variation.
Rimal also deals with issues relating to the elderly and incapacity including: the drafting and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney; and applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of Deputies. Rimal is currently working towards qualifying as a member the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Rimal’s attention to detail and caring nature allows him to serve his clients well.
In his spare time Rimal enjoys playing and analysing football, and studies the stock market.
